I use gallery glass paints. I have seen a chemical that when added to the paint causes it to look like "jack frost ice".This is not the gallery glass effects stuff, it is a seperate chemical. Does anyone know what it is and where I can find it ? And how to use it? While I am at it, does anyone have an outlet for a good selection of colours ? Thanks for your help, your time is appreciated.

I found it !! Its a Lacquer crystal paint. Available in Washington state. The gallery glass products dont do nearly the same thing. Thanks to those who tried to help.

The product is made by Plaid, same company that makes Gallery Glass. Why not email them and ask for their suppliers close to you who have a good selection? Or buy from them directly online.

Why won't be able to you carry a huge piece of sturdy shade fabrics up? you only desire a glue gun and glue sticks to stick it to the glass (or perhaps though). It peels off actual adequate, too, once you settle directly to do away with it. you are able to continuously make a trim of ribbon (huge one) around it for a "finished area" look.
