Before I had a boyfriend, I've never experienced this-- but now every week before my period starts, I get SO incredibly horny, esp when I look at him... I just want to get on him so bad... But we're saving sex for marriage, and I don't want to masturbate... What should I do? I can't even concentrate on my work when I'm in this stage, like 3 days b4 period starts...
side Q: Do guys ever have to deal with this? like extra high hormones?
Please tell me what to do!!! Thanks... :-( *embarrassed*

It's tough as you wish not to masturbate and you have dedicated yourself to not having sex before you are married.
Apart from relaxing your restriction on masturbation (which I would encourage unless you do not wish to for religious/personal reasons), the only thing to do is to concentrate on other matters and activities to take your mind off your hormones. The most important thing is to STAY AWAY from your boyfriend during this time, the emotional and hormonal pressure to jump his bones would be too much.
Perhaps you should explain this to your OB/GYN, perhaps you have an excess of hormones. Your doctor may suggest birth control pills of some type. Not because of the sex factor, but they may regulate the levels of hormones that you feel before your period.
Good Luck.

If you don't masturbate, there's nothing you can really do. You feel this way because of the hormones in your body of course. Just fall asleep. That'll take care of it. This way, you won't feel horny anymore when you wake up. =)

I think that that is pretty normal. Maybe you could take, a medicine for PMS. Or take birth control so you have less periods and it can change your hormone levels.

to address part two, yes guys do have hormones that tend to act up now and then. but i think this happens on a random basis.
for part one, others seem to have given all your options. i don't see anything wrong with playing with yourself. it will release that tension and it will make you feel good..

The only thing that you can do is maybe try some excercise or a walk, anything to get your mind off of it.

Simply come to my house about three days before your period. I'll fix the problem.
