Too young to be incontinent.
Talk with the vet. you may need to bring in a urine sample. Pups frequently get UTI.

I work at a vet. I would call up and make an appointment. It may be she just might not have good bladder control yet or their might be an issue. Anyway, good luck with which ever way you choose.

No! She most likely has a bladder or urinary tract infection. If you have never had a bladder infection, it makes you feel like you have to pee ALL THE TIME even immediately after you have gone. It can be very uncomfortable and in later stages it becomes very painful! Please take her to the vet!

It is normal..............she's a baby and at times puppies can't control their bladders. Just don't let her drink anything about 2 hrs before bed.

no, that's not normal. urinary incontinence can happen when a female is spayed, has she been spayed already? either way, it is not normal and there is medication you can get for her. call your vet, one of the medications is called DES (for diethylstilbesterol).
good luck!
