Vote the people out of our government who do not share our views. A year ago a great man said probably the truest statement any one could make: "People shouldnt be afraid of their governments, governments should be afraid of their people" We need to get rid of the pigs who do not share our views on the environment. Next, we could stop trying to pin this all on one person, as it helps no one. Third, accept responsibility for our actions.

Good leadership and a society that values working towards viable solutions to environmental issues and sustainability of the planet. If a democratic society prioritizes environmental issues, the people by voting will look to endorse leaders who share their views and whose mission is in alignment with their views.

Of course, this is only one scenario, there are many ways to skin a cat.

Stop using companies that do not have a plan for being green. Ride a bike once in a while, move closer to your work and stop being such a throw-away society. Visit 'treehugger.com' for more info.

Get rid or cut back on using fossil fuels--use electocars or hybrids.
Get rid of coal burning plants.
