Now that I stewed up all our Hell-o-ween Pumpkin and have tons frozen in my fridge freezer. what can I do with them?

I want all your "Tried and True Recipes" that contains Stewed Pumpkin in the Recipe . Please :) Thank you &heart;

Add pumpkin to chili or stew with roasted chestnuts.

Pumpkin pancakes

Pumpkin Waffles

Make pumpkin butter for muffins, panckes, french toast, etc., etc.

Pumpkin pie

Pumpkin ice cream

Pumpkin fudge

Pumpkin mashed potatoes with butter & nutmeg

Pumpkin ravioli with butter sage sauce

Pumpkin cheesecake w chocolate sauce

Pumpkin souffle with orange liqueuer

Pumpkin soup: stewed pumpkin and vegetable broth blended til creamy in the blender. You can have the sweet version (simmer the above with a pinch of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, with maple syrup, brown sugar, regular sugar, or Splenda to taste) or the savory version (with black pepper and salt to season, and a topping of chives or sauted onions). You can add cream to either version if desired, though the texture is already velvety.

Pumpkin butter is a mixture of cinnamin, sugar and butter with pressure cooked pumpkins. Smear it on bread like jelly.

You can make lots of pumpkin pies! There are some really great recipes on www.allrecipes.com
Or you can make Moroccan tajine (there are lots of all ready made Moroccan sauces in supermarkets) and add pumpkin to your chicken and sauce mixture...

From my heart? Gather recipes and make a reasonable amount for yourself & family. With the rest, bake a nice hugh casserole and take it to your homeless shelter of distrubute to needy families or homebound folks. It'll warm your kitchen and your heart.

Well... You could give it to some orphanage or people who needs food, coz i don't know any recipe to rer- cook it again...
