Due to my weight, I am looking for recipes or web sites that specialize in high calorie foods. Does anyone have any suggestions?? I would need recipes that are easy to prepare since I am a mommy of two little ones. Also Please do not suggest that I go out to McDonalds, or eat bad foods...as we eat an all natural diet.

Please serious replies only.

The best way to seriously increaese calories without compromising your health and actually improving it is the addition of Good fats.
Nuts are a great source of high quality protein and Earth's most constructive lipids (fats). We put a variety of them in a nice container and everyone of us grabs handfuls all day long. Especially when the nuts are paired with dried fruits. A very nutritious snack.
Another is the use of oils like Grape seed oil in salad dressings or as toppings for steamed or grilled or roasted veggies to up the calories as well as nutrition.
We even whip our sweet potatoes with olive oil instead of butter nad cream. These oils are key to better skin, better hair, better digestion and a higher calorie intake. Most people have to forgo these Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 essential oils due to their high caloric nature. If you're in the position to indulge in their calories, then you can also ejoy their immense health benefits as a bonus.
BTW food derived vitamin E (from nuts) is the only way to ingest the vitamin to help prevent cancer and heart disease. Taken in pill form has been proven ineffective.
good luck and have fun eating these amazing foods with relish instead of with calorie guilt!!! ;o)

Cream based sauces are usually high in calories but, you need to check to see if all other ingredients are ok for you.

Best thing to do is get a calorie list and look up foods that are high calorie. And remember you family is eating these meals too so be careful with them. I may not be good to feed them the same diet as you.
Ask your physician.

Most of the processed food is generally higher in calories, chips, lollies, soft drinks, packet sauces, packet meals, etc. P.S. Not really all that good for you, best to stick to one thing a week, like a packet of chips, or a drink

Meats are high in fat, so are baked goods and butter, of course. Cakes and pastries are as well. Many carbs are going to put weight on; so does cream and ice cream.
