I drink plenty of water but it seems that my mouth dries out like crazy. My lips are also dry and it's soo irritating I lick them sometimes. My tongue turns into a light coat of white from the dryness.. And when I like em I get dried up saliva on my lips which is very unnatractive and annoying. Help!! I think I sweat most of my water out through my pits, palms of hands, and bottom of feet. This is (of course) will doing nothing (i.e. watching t.v. - playing pc/xbox).

Are you a mouth breather? Do you live in a very dry climate? Have you tried drinking water with lemon in it? Do you eat lots of salty food? Are you taking an anti-histamine? If the answer is no to all, see your M.D.
