I just found this headline story on yahoo.com, click on this link, http://www.yahoo.com/s/436900, stating Vietnam is the only country to defeat the USA in a major war. What country will be credited with the defeat when we pull out of Iraq? I have many opinions, but would like to hear from others.

I think Bush and Blair will be given the credit for this defeat. Rumsfeld has already made his excuses and left before the final disaster

Actually the claim that N. Vietnam defeated the US is not true.
People forget that N. Vietnam invaded and conquered S. Vietnam three years after the peace treaty was signed and the war ended.
If we pull out of Iraq then the people to credit with our defeat will be the Democratic party and the news media.

who care who takes the credit. Is that the point? I thought it was to get "justice" done. Then again I thought we went over there just to get oil. So I guess they take the credit.
