Well it simply means that dreaming doesn't cost a thing. Instead of aspiring to be something you don't want to be, dream to be something you always wanted to be and try to reach your goal. Why dream little when you can dream big for the same price? Dreaming doesn't cost money, but achieving the goal can.

It costs absolutely nothing to dream... if you have a small dream (say meeting a music star) then you can dream that all year long and not spend a dime.
If you have a huge dream (like BEING a music star) then you can dream that all your life without spending a dime...
Since you won't be spending any money to dream... dream big... and GO FOR YOUR DREAMS.

It means that dreams don't cost you anything anyway, so dream BIG if you're going to dream at all.

It means that a dream is merely an idea in your own head of what you might like to achieve or have happen to you, so why have small dreams when big dreams are just as easy to contemplate.
