I am considering moving to Canada when I get out of college. I know I need some sort of Visa, like a permanent residence Visa to live in Canada but the closest Consulate in the US in my area is all the way in New York, and I am in the South in Georgia. Do I have to go physically to New York or is where anyway I can do something else?
