If it was my home toilet that's no problem provided it didn't go around the bend. As for a porto-potty...it can stay there. I've seen too many of those things and the squickiness factor (even for me) is too high. In that case, I'd be reporting my cell stolen and putting in an insurance claim.

1. Swear under my breath.
2. Contemplate buying a new one.
3. Run to a payphone, prepared to assume full responsibilty for telling the person I was on the phone with the truth about why the call ended.
4. Laugh and tell myself I needed a new phone anyway.
5. Try to take it back to the distributor for a refund over a crappy, defective cell phone.

The sim card must be effective. this is between the least perplexing situation in the telephone. To all people that this would take place to sooner or later-do not immidietly attempt to coach on the telephone to verify if it incredibly works-whether it does-turning it on with water interior will fry it. Take it aside, dry for like 2 days and then attempt turning it on. by ability of ways- a telephone will lose this is guarantee after pool-occasion like that. there's a lettle paper circle in the physique which will exchange colours if it gets in touch with humidity. this is incredibly delicate-so even having your buddy in a fogged up bathing room may bring about loosing this is guarantee...

I'd clean it really well with a cloth and something strong enough to kill the bacteria, let it dry out and then check if it works.
I'm not one of those who can't live without their phone. It wouldn't be the end of the world if mine got destroyed or if I couldn't use it for a few days.

I'd pull it out. I've touched some dirtyass things in my life so I'm not gonna freak out about a turd or some piss. Probably try to dry it out. I once had a phone, it was chilling on my dashboard and I braked hard and it fell right into an open slurpee... died instantly for good. That sucked.

Mine did fall in the toilet but i had already flushed. I just let it dry out and used it as long as I could but the water damage was pretty bad so i had to replace it.

First of all, how the hell would a cell phone fall in the toilet? I never take it in there with me.. ew.. second, I would grab gloves and fish it out. Then I'd get a new one. I don't care if it still worked or not. That's just gross.
