Things you should never eat again anyway. Snacks, junk food!
No popcorn, nuts, peanut butter, candy, cookies, cake, pie.
Or candy it is all sugar. or fat. No one needs any of that.
Eat cereal whole grain; fruit, whole grain bread fat free mayo and lunch meat. fruit. Not fat milk, and love veggie snacks like celery.

What kind of diet? It depends...there are low carb diets, low fat diets, diets that limit protien, diets that cut out sugar...
...or a lot of people just reduce their calorie intake, and still eat whatever they want, and refer to that as a "diet"...
If one is actually dieting, for health or weight loss, it would be assumed that candy, junk/fast food, sodas, and the like would not be consumed...

nothing. Eat everything. Just in moderatoin. Eat that chocolate cake you want...just a tiny piece though. Eat that chinese fried rice...just a half a cup.. Ya know? Nothing is off limits, though.
