Switzerland is probably one of the safest countries because of its neutrality. I have been there many times, mainly to ski resorts, it is a wonderful place.

No, even in Switzerland I would recommend the child lives with adults.

Switzerland is as about as safe as anywhere else. But if that's what's required then I recommend the child reads up on all of the history of the country and learns Swedish.
