When someone is culturally refined, it means you won't see them swearing or with their feet on the table. Polite person with manners. Likewise for sex, a refined person is one who isn't looking for the 2 minute marathon, someone with class and knows whom they want, knows their own body. Won't generally play a fool with you.

like if you were to go out with an older woman, she's 40 you're 20 she is is sexually refined. becasue she knows what she wants and how to get it.
