if you had food poisoning, you would know, Everyone I know who has had it said they would have rather just died then to feel like that again. Maybe you have an appendicitis or something. Go to the Dr. or at least call the local advice nurse and ask what they think...

If those symptoms started within an hour of eating chances are it's food poisoning. Along with pains would be vomiting and diarrea within the next few hours. Even fever and body ache can occur. I would rest, take something to coat the stomach like Pepto bismol and sip Ginger Ale, then call a doctor. FP is not fun at all. Sharp pains could also be a sign of something worse, call the doctor or maybe your insurance help line.

You can experience sharp pains and feel weak but it's hard to tell between f.p and a possible flu. All though with the flu, you normally develop a high fever first.
