I need something that will keep weight off. So : No atkins diets, south beach, et cetera. I was on a diet a few months ago that just consisted of eating right and in moderation and it was going great, but now that I'm in school I'm more stressed out and I need structure. I need something that will change my habits. I'm not aiming for 10 pounds in 1 week - I don't need a quick fix. Thanks for the help : )

i have the same problem as well....now that school is back in session i feel so stressed...but what ive started doing is keep a calendar....if you know that you have an assignment or something coming up, get started on it sooner and for assignments that are due next day, pace yourself and figure out what you're gonna do first...also put on that calendar the days you're going to work out...and it doesnt even have to be strenuous work, even walking helps. it could be 3 days a week that you walk around your neighborhood or around the block...then you could figure out days that you could go to the gym, if you haven't joined one, find one that's really close to you and join...and don't forget about eating...make sure that if you're bringing your own lunch to think healthy...healthy is key...don't buy anything that's sugary or has a ton of carbonation...that's not good...and well that's all i can think of right now, i hope that helped.

stress is the number 1 killer of weights and you are getting a lot of them. if you concentrated more on you study and stress youself out, there is not time for food. try that it works for me. i cant say it is healthy but it is painful

do a fad diet, theyre not as bad as people say they are, but they are addicting because they work so well!
