I need something that will keep weight off. So : No atkins diets, south beach, et cetera. I was on a diet a few months ago that just consisted of eating right and in moderation and it was going great, but now that I'm in school I'm more stressed out and I need structure. I need something that will change my habits. I'm not aiming for 10 pounds in 1 week - I don't need a quick fix. Thanks for the help : )
