I forgot to mention that I wear size 7 (junior) jeans. I used to wear size 12.

Well done for losing weight. If you wear a size 7 now, that is excellent!

Your current weight is fine. Just maintain it by eating well and doing sports. HTH : )

From beyond revel in I could say don't weigh. For me that used to be the quickest approach to sabotage myself. If I noticed that I used to be wasting weight I could begin consuming extra immediately and defeat the intent. If I wasn't wasting weight speedy adequate, in line with the dimensions, I could increase a defeatist perspective and begin consuming and say "Oh why trouble". The quality manner for me, no less than, is to move through how my garments have compatibility and whether or not or no longer my breasts would maintain a pencil beneath through themselves. I'm beautiful flat chested and after they would maintain a pencil, I used to be obese. If I caught to these 2 regulations, I used to be adequate. I do consider that whenever you get on your superb weight, this is a well suggestion to weigh your self everyday to be certain you are no longer gaining once more, and if you're, make the small changes in nutrition or up your activity. Its less complicated to lose somewhat weight than plenty. If I did not weight myself after I misplaced as a lot weight as I desired, it could creep again on till .....the pencil, you understand!

you should be talking to your doctor about this. your weight ties in with your height and age. your "average" weight is all on a graph - a growth chart - that your doctor should have. so ask your doctor what's healthy for YOU, then eat and excercise accordingly.

It depends on your height
Enter your height and weight on this website, and it will tell you whether or not you are overweight. My guess is no.
