Increase your intake of healthy fats. Here's a short list of foods containing them:

Almonds
Peanuts
Salad dressing
Yogurt
Sunflower seeds
Peanut butter
Avocadoes

You can also just eat what you normally do, and just eat larger portions.
Good luck! :-)

Keep on exercising but increase your caloric intake by increasing the amount of good foods, not bad ones. Talk to your doctor as well. He will tell you more information.

You said healthy right, I can tell you how to do it the unhealthy way. Bags of chips, cheese, whole milk, in milkshakes, perfably chocolate. Hamburgers and fries supersized....

Ya know it's weird nobody likes the shape of their bodies.....
