Meatloaf - just take 1 egg, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 envelope of dry onion soup and 1 cup of oatmeal OR 1 sleeve of saltine crackers (not both). Combine with 1 lb of ground meat and put into a 1-1/2 quart oven proof dish or form into a rounded shape on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. That's it. Also, you can add a can of mushrooms, or some grated cheese, or whatever you think of, even laying strips of bacon and/or ketchup on top. P.S. Also can bake this in the microwave for about 20 minutes, more or less. Just form into a ring with a hole in the middle, like a donut, so it will bake evenly.
