i need to lose a lot asap

I am on a weight loss program right now where I am not paying any extra money to anyone or organization.

I dietician friend has put me on this diet:

Lean Protein such as fish or white meat chicken that is skinless
You can purchase skinless hormone free chicken at Trader Joes or at a market in your area.

Eat steamed vegetables along with the protein.

The diet is mainly protein and vegetables. You can eat salads along with the protein. The point is keep the oil limited.

Some fresh fruit is OK. But not too much.

Keep your grains down but you can eat some rice, a small amount of potatoes.

Walking is very important. Just walk, don't run. Walk as much as you can along with this diet.

Eat what you need but try not to indulge too much.

Avoid the obvious such as sugars and rich desserts.
Bake a sugarless apple pie and use a little fruit juice for sweeting.

Remember Protein and Vegetables. I have lost 25 pounds since I started the diet beginning of Sept.

ok , instead of eating three big meals a day, eat six small meals a day (helps many things such as metabolism), (if you can of course) in the intervals such as the following example- 8 A.m breakfast, 11 A.m snack, 1 p.m lunch, 4 P.m snack, 6 P.m dinner, 8 P.m snack..

There is 12 power foods you must revolve your meals around -
1.Almonds and other nuts.
2. Beans and legumes.
3. Spinach and other green vegetables.
4. Dairy(fat-free or low-fat milk,yogurt, cheese).
5. Instand oatmeal (unsweetened,unflavored).
6.Eggs.
7.Turkey and other lean meats.
8.Peanut butter.
9.Olive oil.
10.Whole-grain breads and cereals.
11.Extra-protein (whey) powder.
12.Raspberries and other berries.

You must watch out what you eat, the amounts you eat it in, and of course, EXERCISE.
Exercise every part of your body and your muscles. You can make you own routine or follow one that you seem suitable for you and your needs. Exercises can be aerobic (involving oxygen) such as a cardio workout ( running, jump roping, sit ups, even push ups, sprints, liners, mountain climbers, squats)
Then you must workout using weights as well , and lift and time by time increase your weight you bench, or leg press, or squat. Make sure when weight lifting, you do all parts of your body. Neck, chest, arms, back, legs, stomach, and whatever else you can.
Take a quote that Bruce Lee had said once. No matter what you do (exercise) you should try and convert all of it into power. If you cant put all that effort and work you did and convert it into power then you have done nothing at all.
Make sure to not do the same thing because you might get bored, try to change routines or exercises. A exercise partner could be good for motivation , but watch out if they do not show up, you must be strong enough to continue the exercise without them.

A healthy diet and plenty of exercise is a great way to lose weight without spending a lot of money. You have to buy food anyway so just purchase healthy food items rather than fatty foods and snacks. Exercise is key to lose weight in any diet. If you want to lose weight really fast you will have to use a method that will cause you to put all the weight back on and then some. Methods like liquid diet or starvation are no good and I would suggest avoiding them. Good luck.

Basic self control and food groups you learned back in the day. Weight watchers offers the most balanced and health minded program. Look at their no counting plan. and eat intelligent for the rest of your life.

6 or more fruits and veggies a day
4 oz of protein
2 breads or starches
2 milk products
8 - 10 glasses of water to flush out the dissolving FAT cells and keep you healthy

Exercise...walk...

Put a few t shirts on under jacket or binliner an do a long run and keep goin till u pass out cos ull sweat an lose ya fat

Run a Mile or 2, eat fruits and healthier dinners, eat bigger and healthier meals but only 3 a day, and watch what and how you eat.
