Lance it.
Get a sharp needle, cover it in alcohol then poke it right on top just a little. Then the fluid will escape, with some encouragement, which reduces the swelling. It may weep for about ten minutes. When it drains, get some alcohol on it and maybe some ice. Once it stops seeping, you can add some Neosporin on it.
It works a lot faster than waiting for it to go away oin its own. But don't poke too hard!

If you can get your hands on a prescription cream called Bactroban, it will be gone in about two days.

Otherwise, you will have to either steam your face, or run your face under as hot water as you can handle (but don't burn your skin), so your skin softens up and your pores expand. Then maybe stick a pin into the pore to make a hole in the blockage and just pop it. Keep something on it until it stops weeping, then overnight, put some "Skin Repair Cream" (from any where that sells beauty products) or "Dermaid" (from the chemist) on it.

Or get an overnight moisture cream with zinc in it, and put that on it, after you have dabbed rubbing alcohol on it to dry it out a little.

Worst case, if its still a huge bump and you are going out, then do what the catwalk models do - put some eyebrow pencil over the top and make it look like a mole / "beauty spot"

First take a hot shower. The hot water will soften the pimple making it easy to pop. After the shower pop it with the ends of your fingers. Make sure you get all the junk out. Then immediatly put rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide on it to clean it. The alcohol may burn for a bit. After that put neosporin or any other typical antibiotic on it. It may be red the next day but, it wont be as bad and it will be a lot easier to cover with make-up or some tint. OK, I hope this helps. Take care and good luck.

Listen .. this always works,
1. Get Zest Fully Clean soap, and just before you go to bed,
2. Put water on the soap and rub it on the pimple like a cream, 3. 3. Then wait for it to harden then go to sleep.
4. When you wake up it will be gone.

Dont remove the pimple by yourself. You might develop a bacterial infection. It is best that you be seen by a dermatologist.
