As soon as dogs are fixed, that's it for their puppy creating days. In neutering, the dog is castrated--that is, his testicles are removed. It is a physical impossiblity that he can ever reproduce.

After having his testicles removed, he would have no method of generating sperm. Even if there was sperm left in his system and he was some how able to deposit it inside a female (I can't see how, since within a day after the surgery any attempt at sexual intercourse would have to be painful,) at room temperature or above the sperm would only be viable within 24 hours of its generation. So no he can't reproduce. It has definitely been long enough.

It is possible he still has sperm and it takes about 6 weeks for the hormones to decline.

AS soon as he comes out of the vets office he's done being a daddy. for sure.

no he can not produce .yes it has been long enough
