I lost 23 pounds in less than a month on an extremely strict diet that did NOT limit the amount of times that I ate. I simply calorie crashed. I took in as few calories as possible, and as few fat gram as possible. I was around 210 before and under 190 after. Your body goes into immediate shock because it is used to taking in 2000, 2500 calories a day. I was taking in 700 calories or less in a day. I just shopped by label and ate small chicken breasts only. Drink water or those 5 calorie juice drinks. and eat more frequently, but smaller portions. Your body will still burn 750-1000 per meal as it is used to for a while but you will only be taking in 100- 150 which is auto weight loss.... I do not recommend doing this diet very long as it may have very bad side effects. And the truth is you will lose a lot of weight but it may be muscle weight mixed with the fat, so decide for yourself. It's not exactly healthy

That's five weeks away. You'd have to lose 3 pounds a week. A pound equals 3500 calories. To lose 1 pound a week (the safe and healthy way) you'd have to cut out 500 calories a day. You would need to cut out 1500 calories a day to accomplish your goal. Pretty darn hard to do.

Start excersizing at least 3 times a week, if only for a 1/2 hour. Then start slowly decreasing your sweets, your white bread products, fast food and your whole milk. Replace them with whole wheat bread prodcuts, low fat milk, protein, fruits and vegetables.
I know its hard, but you really want to do it, you will.
