There is this guy who is dying of cancer, he prays that they find a cure. He dies and goes to heavan and when there he asks God "Why did you not send someone to find a cure?"
He replied," I did but you aborted them."

If Pagan rebirth is refering to embriotic stem cells, then he is not aware of the fact that no advances have been found in that area while a few have in adult stem cells.

I agree with that statement.... ALTHOUGH God would never say that to a person.
Heaven is not a place where a person will feel any hurt or sadness...

I am against abortion and think that it could be very true that God had sent someone to cure diseases or something and that they were aborted.

It's pro-life propaganda. The truth is, the aborted fetus would not have been allowed to find the cure for cancer because the research could be immoral; therefore, the "pro-lifers" very well could stifle such a finding.
