It's good to know there are more positive people around like you. Even if things aren't exactly going the way we want them to now, we need to support our soldiers all we can.

in the famous words of Al Pacino in 'Scent of a WOman'..."what a crock of sh*t!"...support the troops...what the hel does that mean? THese troops aint fightin on the coast of France or the Western Front...half of these men aren't even men. They've decided to join the army for out of their own ignorance and hubris...foolish patriotism in a machine that they obey obediently; and without reservation, in some self righteous belief in partisan politics or the idea of 'God Blessing America'...and 'Preserving Freedom'...when all you do is the same thing you did to the Viatnamese 30 years ago...torture, rape, kill, bomb and pillage poor people on the other side of the world, on the pretext of freedom, but really to maintain you government's corporate, military industrial stranglehold on the world, and its resources. Yes, resources. Those Iraqis and your beloved, brainwashed solderis are dying for a small, elite and very select few...that rule the world through militarism and the profits of war. Wake up! THis is the corporate world....this is not an ideological war like Vietnam, this is a war for American dominance in the mid-east....at the cost of hundreds of thousands of lives. And as far as I'm concerned, any American stupid enough to believe that they're spreading freedom in Iraq by bombing and torturing and killing innocent civilians, is stupid enough to die - without any pity whatsoever. God Bless the World

I totally agree with you.
Freedom is what our soldiers are fighting for.
