I've been sleeping in my contacts. I know it was a bad idea, but it's too late now. My eyes are way too sensitive to the light. What can I do besides wering sunglasses?

You need to go to an eye doctor. Sleeping in your contact promotes infection. Conjunctivitis or pink eye will cause photophobia. You will need antibiotics. Also sleeping in your contacts will promote calcium and other mineral build up. This can also contribute to your photophobia. I used to wear contacts.. I get conjunctivits several times and I get sick of it. I went and had lasik laser surgery done and it was the best thing I have ever done. It is somewhat pricey but, not as pricey as it used to be. Plus, it pays for itself by me not having to buy contacts and cleaning supplies for the contacts and make appointments to see the eye doctor once or twice a year. I definitely recommend doing it. I hope this helps. Good luck.
