It depends on the type of colic. It may be impact collic, sand collic or just a gut pain. If it is sand, then try flaxmill seed, white millet seed slowly boiled in water. Let it cool and it becomes a gel. Put this is the horse feed. It is tacky and moves some onf the sand. Bute or other pain killer to give the horse relief from the pain helps. Walking helps but the main thing is do not let the horse go down and roll. This may cause twists in the bowel which is fatal. Unless you know what you are doing, I really recomend you get a vet in. All the best

Walk her all day. I don't think you know what can happen if she truly colic's and her intestines twist or something more horrible. I had my horse sand colic and no kidding I was up for 11 nights with him it was worth every minute of it.
Part of owning a horse is being very concerned when they are hurt or are in pain.
Good luck, walk her until the doctor tells you you can stop.

Give her some banamine. Have the vet give her a dose of mineral oil. (messy stuff, easier to let them tube it in) Other than that keep her moving, call friends and neighbors to come help like a relay. Good luck
