I know some information about sex in Islam but can a woman get on top of a guy????

Anything is permissible as long as it is between a husband and wife except for anal sex. As long as it remains between the two, anything else is go.

Everything is allowed except having sex when a women when her menses is on and having anal sex. After that, be free, anything goes (yes including oral) sex was given to us by Allah to enjoy our spouses. But it is a very private matter and God advises us not to broadcast it, and keep it between the two of you.

Why would you even choose a forum like this to ask such a question? Whatever a married couple does in their own private time is their business. As for your question, shariah does not forbid this.
