The back of my upper arm is always red and silghtly bumpy, almost like tiny pimples, but they are different. It is not necessarily the bumpiness that bothers me, although I would like that to go away also...it is the redness. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have this also. It seems to be worse in the summer. My Dr. told me to use something with benzoyl peroxide in it. This last summer I bought Stridex pads. They seemed to help the best. I have dry skin also so I would use a moisturiser in the morning and the pads before bed.

I have it too. I'm not exactly sure what it is actually. I had them for a few years, not sure how long. It has gotten better over time. I seen a few people with this. I just left them alone and not touched or scratch them. Irritating a rash only makes it worse and spread it more.

Don't you have the same thing on the back of your thighs too?
It gets worse when I use certain bodywash products and goes away from using massage oils after shower, not completely though.

It sounds like it could be an allergy. Go check up with your doctor..It could also be caused from different foods, change of soaps and stress.
