Sorry to contridict other answers,but there is a test a Vet can give to determine if a female is pregnant.A female will carry pups anywhere from 56 to 63 days,or 9 wks.,and you can't really tell if your dog is pregnany until about the 6th wk. of pregnancy.When she reaches her 6th week,stand the dog on its' all fours and place your hand underneath her stomach area,near the back legs,be very gentle and you should be able to feel little hard balls about the size of a tennis ball.If you can feel this,then your pet is pregnant.

There is no test for pregnancy like there is for humans.
You can tell she is pregnant by around 4-5 weeks along. Her belly would expand, personality change a little, other signs as well. If you think she is then talk to your vet and do your homework for when the puppies come, if there are some.

first of all pregernet is spelled like pregnant. and second of allif she starts sticking out from the sides(in a couple of months im guessing)shes pregnant,or the super easy method go to a vet

Nesting behavior often accompanies pregnancy in dogs (and humans). Mood swings and excessive trips to Carter's to buy baby clothes are other signs.
If I remember right, a dogs gestation period is about 90 days but don't quote me.

There IS a blood test for pregnancy for dogs!!!!! Call the vet and ask!! It is not very expensive!

when my dog was pregnant her belly became very big very quickly and we just thought she was getting fat but once her **** started to sag we knew that she was pregnant so just wait and watch for her boobs to sag because it could also be a false pregnancy

you can tell when she is starting to get boobs then when she starts to really bag up it might only be a few days or weeks before the puppies will come and also when she is really fat.

if she is usually rowdy she will calm down and slow down she will also get a lot bigger soon but I'm no doctor so you should check that way you can have an idea of what to do in case she is.

You will be able to tell if her nipples get larger and of course she gains weight.
