I want to sign up for something that requires a credit card, but I do not have a credit card so are there any services where I can pay them a money order and they pay for my service with a credit card??

Do you have a checking account? Most banks offer debit cards that have a Visa or Mastercard logo. The money will come directly out of your account and you can use it anywhere Visa or Mastercard is accepted.
