go to a happy place in your head. Breathe three deep breaths. Every time you exhale visualize releasing the stress from your body. Repeat as necessary.
Do you know what triggers your anxiety? Talk therapy works, medication helps but will only masks the anxiety, you need to explore the source of your anxiety from within yourself

Get away from the stress maker..... Then remember to take long deep breaths, slowly breathing in and out... Walk or do something to get your mind off what was upsetting you.. The last is to see a doctor that can prescribe meds that will help you deal with the stress. But do try to take care of yourself before getting on the meds... Good Luck.. Stress is the #1 killer in our society today....

Take a few deep Breaths, count from 10 to one or simply say F'it. I sometimes drop everything and concentrate on something positive.

run a hot bath with candles and bath salts. or you can go to a quite place and curl up and read a good book or i like to open up the back door and scream or a do yoga
