There is only one reason, the name is 'money' that's the key, pharmaceuticals and other special interest don't like the idea and of course is blocked..☺

It doesn't matter, because people with their own funding will do whatever they want. I do feel that it should be explored. It could offer cures to so many diseases which is why the big money & the pharmacutical companies keep on blocking it.
