1. take some crushed ice. put it in a glass. (optional)
2. get some strawberries, strawberry yogurt, strawberry syrup, strawberry ice cream. put them in a blender.
3. put in some milk.
4. blend.
then you have a super strawberry shake.

You might try Pardise Ice tea refreshing. Or get a bunch of fresh mint leaves put in water bring to boil. Serve with ice thats real
refreshing.

Tropicana strawberry soda. Mix 2 quarts with 1/4 cup COLD pineapple juice. OH MY GOD !!!!!

Fruit juice concentrate, soda-water, fresh sliced fruits. For an alcoholic version add grain alcohol. A real party pleaser.

green apple Jones soda (available @ target, panera, gas stations, etc.) w/ rum is amazing if you drink

if you don't drink, roughly equal ratios of cranberry juice & sprite taste pretty good together

Egg Nog Recipies

1 quart milk
1 cup superfine or confectioners' sugar
1 vanilla bean, split in half lengthwise and seeds scraped out
12 large eggs*, separated
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups bourbon
1 cup brandy
Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
Chocolate shavings, for garnish

In a large saucepan, combine the milk, 1/2 cup of the sugar, and vanilla bean and seeds and bring to a gentle boil. Remove from the heat.
In a medium bowl, beat the yolks until pale yellow and thick, 2 to 3 minutes. Slowly pour in 1 cup of the hot milk, whisking constantly. Pour the egg yolk mixture into the saucepan with the hot milk, whisking. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a heavy wooden spoon, until the mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 5 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a clean container. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing down against the surface to keep a skin from forming. Refrigerate until well chilled, at least 4 hours or overnight.
In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks start to form. Slowly add 1/4 cup of the sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
In a large bowl with clean beaters, beat the cream until thick and frothy. Add the remaining 1/4 cup sugar and beat to soft peaks.
In a large punch bowl, combine the chilled egg yolk mixture and the bourbon and brandy. Fold in the sweetened whipped cream, then the egg whites. Refrigerate until chilled, 30 minutes to 1 hour.


To serve, sprinkle nutmeg over the top and garnish with chocolate shavings. Serve chilled.
IF you dont have vanilla bean use ,Vanilla extract-2 teaspoons

SUGAR FREE EGGNOG

2 1/2 c. skim milk
2 eggs, separated
3 pkg. Sweet n Low
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine milk, egg yolks, Sweet n Low, vanilla, nutmeg and salt in bowl. Beat well with rotary beater. Chill. Before serving, beat egg whites until soft peaks form; fold into eggnog. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg


Traditional Egg Nog

12 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c bourbon
1/2 c. brandy
6 c. milk
ground nutmeg
1 c. heavy cream

Beat egg yolks with sugar on low speed in a large bowl until mixed. At high speed, beat until thick and lemon-coloured (about fifteen minutes).
Add alcohol, one tablespoon at a time, to mixture. Cover and chill.
In the meantime, chill a 5-6 quart punch bowl. About twenty minutes before you will be serving your egg nog, stir the yolk mixture, milk, and 1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg in the bowl.
In another large bowl beat egg whites at high speed until soft peaks form.
In a smaller bowl (you can use the same beaters), beat cream at medium speed until stiff peaks form.
Using a whisk, gently fold egg whites, cream, and yolk mixture just until blended. Serve cold (no ice).
Makes 32 one-half cup servings.

ice, orange juice, grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, brown sugar and soda. It's really good and refreshing!
