The past 2 weeks I've felt nauseous, but not vomiting. I don't want to eat, I can't taste anything. Just nausea. What can I do?

Yes- stress causes all kinds of problems in there.
There is a saying...

Resolve your conflicts.

Stress can have all kinds of effects on your body...including loss of appetite, or upset stomach if you are distressed enough. Have you tried some nausea medicine...or something to perhaps help you calm down (so maybe your tummy will to)?

Talk to your doctor, maybe s/he can give you an Rx to get you through this time.

Yes, stress can cause all of those symptoms.

You can see a doctor or lower your stress level.

If it's job related, talk to your boss, take a vacation or decline the assignments that causes it. I know it's easier to say than to do, but it's better for everybody than having to report in sick.

yes, if you are under stress it will effect your body. you need to release the stress through exercise, meditation, drawing. Do you know what is stressing you out or is it just free-floating anxiety? Your body is sending you a message. Get in touch with your feelings, treat yourself well, write , talk ...don't repress!

It sure does with me. You could have a bug of some kind, too. My favorite is Alka-Seltzer, but a lot of people don't like it. Eat bland foods--I call them white foods--apple sauce, bananas, toast, plain noodles, chicken broth or bullion and drink ginger ale or Sprite/7-Up. See the doc if it doesn't get better. I wish you well.

Oh heck yeah. That's how most people develop ulcers. Learn how to relax and let things go that you can't control. Most people worry about things that they won't be able to do anything about. That's stress.

Yes it can!
I go thru that when I am stressed.

Try taking a daily vitamin...They have stress formulas to help calm your nervous. Also, if you are taking your daily vitamin your body will not force your mind to crave alot of junk food.
