Easy French Toast

Whip up some eggs, soak some bread in it and fry in a hot pan with some butter.

Yummiest scrambled eggs ever in the entire egg history.

add 1/4 cup thickened cream to about 3 eggs and whip up with a pinch of dried mixed herbs. Melt butter in a pan and turn heat on medium. Keep eggs constantly moving over bottom of pan (do not let them set) and just before the cooking is ready add another little drizzle of cream.

You will have to stand there stirring the eggs for at least 2-3 minutes but the medium/low heat is the trick to the yummiest eggs on earth - it is well worth the effort....

1 cup milk
1 (3 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
8 slices thick bread
2 teaspoons butter or margarine
powdered sugar, if desired
Buttermilk Syrup
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For syrup, melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add buttermilk, corn syrup, and sugar. Stir and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and baking soda. Syrup will be foamy. Let stand for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a shallow dish, whisk together milk, pudding mix, egg, and cinnamon for 2 minutes or until well blended.
Melt butter on hot griddle or in a skillet. Dip bread in mixture, coating both sides.
Cook over heat for 2-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve with syrup and powdered sugar or with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
Store leftover syrup in refrigerator.

try this
this will make you about 6-8 crapes

3 Table spoons butter
3 Table spoons sugar
1/2 cup flour
3 eggs
1 table spoon vanilla
mix well with whisk or mixer
add 1/2 cup milk mix well... then add to blender and blend for about 30 sec.

heat a non stick Teflon skillet and add little bit to pan spread out evenly.
when edges are starting to turn brown flip and cook just for a little bit. remember you don't need to make them thick they should be thin.
i eat them like pancakes, but others eat with fruit topping.
