If the pup was just born it is possibly the green from the afterbirth during being born.It will wash away,or Mom will finally clean it off.

WOW. i didnt know you could get white german shepards. anyway. i know in my experence when i have dyed my hair blond and then changed it to black/brown and then back to blonde again it has gone green. i think it is the colour pigmentation in the hair that does it. hope this helps.

the afterbirth got on your pup and colored it green
when the mother cleans it, it will come off

it probably pooped while still inside it should wash off
