tae bo is much better because it takes up alot of energy and you can burn the pounds in a short period of time

Any type of exercise you like as long as you are moving your body! Yes probably Tae Bo, but it does depend how much you walk, or even run. Bicycle is a great exercise!

well running is always the best, but it gets boring so try doing like a dance work out video or Tae- BO!
