A boy in my class always says I'm talking when I'm not. Today a girl in my class gave him a note and my teacher said Naithen who gave you that note and he said my name . I'm like Oh my gosh! I didn't even give him anthing.

Well, he is getting your attention isn't he? I would say he likes you and wanted you to notice him too. Guys are funny like that and will do immature things like that to establish something between the two of you. If you like him and if you have the opportunity blame him for something in class. I think he will like that and like you even more.
