the obvious answer would be Catholics believe in Jesus and Judiusm does not think Jesus was Christ (or savior of the world as Christians believe). All the differences that come along with that pretty much sum it up (ie Jewish-old testement catholic-old and new testement, etc.)

Jews gave the Catholics the origins of their religion(old testament) and although Catholics believe the second coming has already happened in Jesus Christ(new testament), the Jews are still waiting as they think he was just a rebel rouser.

The Jews invented GOD.
The Catholics invented Jesus because they thought GOD was too strict.
Now we believe that Jesus is too strict.
It would be the right time to give Jesus a son so that we can invent a new religion around his son's name.

Catholics believe Jesus was the messiah, and they also follow many teachings that weren't in the bible, or that even contradict the bible. Jews strictly follow the Torah (first part of the bible).

Personally, I wouldn't have a problem with christains if they said that Jesus was THEIR messiah. That's fine and dandy, but when you tell me that Jesus is the Jewish messiah for me... then I have a problem.
