I recently purchased this butter but I don't know what it's like. What kind of foods should I use it on?

It is more of an accompianment, rather than a cooking butter. It has a very sweet taste. You can use it for cooking a baking if you like, but with it's rich taste, you probably want to save it for eating on biscuits and whatnot.

We have had it around the house lately. It is very sweet with a lot of butter fat. Don't waste it on recipes though this is for eating straight on crumpets or English muffins, or toast. Anything you put butter on. It is great with jam too.
