I really want to it a HIGH goal i have set, but i need some advice adn some encouragement Will you help???

Diet and exercise has been proven to work the best. Stay away from pills.

Eat a HIGH fiber, low fat diet. Watch all your labels and make sure that you are not eating foods high in fat. Increase your fiber intake. Eat 5 small meals instead of 3 large ones. If you are going to snack, make sure you grab an apple or something with fiber in it. You will probably be more "regular" or "go" more often and that's a good thing!

I have a friend that changed her diet this way and takes small walks (15 minutes) daily, and she lost 40 lbs this year. She doesn't even go to a gym, lift weights or even get on a treadmill.

Eat on small plates only
Do not eat chips or pizza
Do not drink juice or pop

Drink 1-3 glasses of 1% milk per day
Drink 6 glasses of water per day
Eat from all food groups
Check calorie content & fat content on the foods you buy
Try the products called "blue menu" they have lots of low fat, & low cal. They sell salad dressing and a lot more

Minimize desserts

If you want to snack at night constantly without gaining much calories try pretzels, popcorn, fruits, veggies

Exercise
Exercise 3-5 times a week- cardio
Do weight lifting every second day- muscle burns more than fat.

My husband just lost 40 lbs. in a relatively short period of time by eating cereal for dinner every other day. Dinner seems to be the meal that puts the most weight on, just substitute cereal for as many meals as possible and don't eat anything after 6:00 pm. I was the one who told him to do this because it is the trick I have always used when I need to adjust my weight by just a couple of pounds.

unfortunately the fastest way is to have your excess fat gone is to have it surgically removed but the healthiest (and cheapest) way to have the best results is to exercise daily and eat healthy,i may not be a doctor but i know this is the best way.
