Wiggers are white people who try to adopt the black urban culture, and just end up looking silly. You know the ones I mean, with the too big clothes and ebonic language that only looks good on a black person.
Emo is those boys who wear makeup and girl pants, usually from white, upper-middle class families, who have never had a hard day in their lives, often have never held a job. They write songs about how their lives are tragic and such, and they wear girls' hairstyles. Emo girls are girls who find emo guys attractive and adopt the same attitude.

Wigger means a white person that acts, talks, and dresses like a black person.
Emo is a type of music thats like emotional rockers people. Emo talking about people means that you are emotional and depressed, kind of like gothic.

Emo is short for emotional or emotive. It characterizes a certain type of music (usually filled with the emotions associated with pain and lost love) and the people who enjoy/identify with it.
I'm assuming that Wigger is slang for a white person who enjoys music aimed at and created by black people (a combination of white and the common epithet) I would also assume it is derogatory.

ok.... wiggers are white people who try to act "gangster" or black, and emos are a mix between rockers and goths. they are known for wearing their hair so it covers one of their eyes, and they sometimes cut their wrists. They are usually depressed, and have an influence from skaters.
