No, unless she develops other symptoms. This happens to my cats occasionally. Just wipe it with a clean, warm, wet cloth daily until it clears up. If it gets worse or other symptoms develop, call your vet.

Your cats is also agony from a watch hindrance. Ever heard of conjunctivitis (irritation of the attention membranes)? A symptom of this wellness problem is watery eyes as induced by means of a viral illness. I suppose you will have to recall that your cats can have been affected with this or different similar eye illness. Best factor to do is to touch your veterinarian straightaway to assess the correct eye cure or healing on your pets.

If she is a persian this is very normal. My cousin has a white persian kitten (had now he is old!!) and his eyes water and its all brown and nasty which made his fur look ugly. They took it to a vet and the vet said to clean it's eyes with a warm washcloth and wash the fur with baby soap.

It could be the start of a cold or allergies. If she starts sneezing, I'd take her to the vet. If not, just keep an eye on her eye (lol) and it should get better.
