I wanted to know what were some good Workout tapes for indoors? I'm 16 and I have to take care of my mother so I can't go outside to workout.

Are you sure you want to start your diet right before Thanksgiving?

There's a lot of exercise, yoga & pilates DVDs you can rent or buy. You can also dance in the living room or your bedroom -- just move until you sweat, same as running.

My prayers are with you and I hope you reach your goal. You didn't mention what kind of diet you were going to be on. I am currently on a "No Diet" weight loss plan called STACK that is natural and healthy and easy to use. I have not skipped meals, bought or ate special foods, or even exercised and I have all ready lost 25 pounds and 2 3/4" in my waist in 31 days. Again, praying for you and you can do it ~ Don't give up

Go buy a trampoline, put in your favorite music, and jump. This is a low impact work out, that works every cell in the body. You could watch your favorite show and work out. $20.00 - $ 30.00 Invested and what a pay off.
I started out with 1000 jumps and timed them the first time and with each work out i tried to improve the time and then i started increasing by 100 jumps with each workout to increase the challenge.

WOW.....You're 16 and 329 pounds? Who would let their weight get that out of control? AHH, never mind. The good thing is that you are going to take a stand. You don't have to start out running. Walk, lift weights, do SOMETHING! Oh, the sooner you star your diet, the sooner it will be over....Good Luck!

the ticket to weight loss is not diet, it is to raise your motabalisim no food 4 hours before bed no snacking between meals and eat what ever you want but do so in moderation.exersise is important, walking can be the ticket..

Can you purchase a tread mill......a good one, but affordable.....use it a hour a day in the beginning and two hours a day once you build your endurance..and it shouldn't be long before you see a remarkable difference.....Good Luck

ok to lose that much weight, you should be under a dr. supervision. are you? they can give you recommendations on which exercises would be best for you. best of luck
