i like a boy but he acts like im not even alive but when i get hurt he will pay all kind of ittention to me

hes a guy. they like to feel all protective and like a hero. when you get hurt and he pays attention to you, he feels like hes doing something to protect you. he may also know you like him and not know how to talk to you, which is why he ignores you.
