ok...so it may be an asthma attack or your hyperventilating....what you need to do is sit dwn and concentrate on your breathing...breathe in through you nose...hold it for 3 seconds and then breathe out through your mouth...you need to do this until your breathin slows down to normal...otherwise..you'll pass out and start breathing normally on your own

You need to join a Martial Art like Tai Chi class or join a Meditation group. Both or either of these forms of relaxation will help you to learn how to *B*R*E*A*T*H*E* again.

I was running hyper and short breathed for many years almost manifesting myself into an athsmatic. Ultimately taking up painting and meditation soon brought me back to 'centre' developing breathing in a new way. I now no longer suffer heart palpatations which were severe, and am no longer hyperactive or hypersensitive. Being balanced and staying balanced is kept in check by myself with creative visualisations, mediatation whilst listening to natures music such as magickal forest sounds.

This is now part of my everyday living.

u must be calm enough to turn the computer on and find yahoo answers and ask the question so, i say your not really that hyper and you just need some attention. so, here we are.

place a paper bag over your mouth breath deep about 5 deep breaths then stop see if that helps you no more than that. its called hyper ventilating

quick grab a peper bag and roll it down now breath into the bag till the heart slows then stop this will naturally clam you then look up emotions anonymous online for a meeting near you i did and went for four years and now im calmer
