Lighthouse Cocktail

1/3 oz Kahlua
1/3 oz Bailey's irish cream
1/3 oz 151 proof rum

Pour kahlua first, then pour cream slowly over a spoon, so the cream sits on top; follow same procedure to add rum.. Light on fire and serve! (But blow it out before you drink it!) HA!

I don't believe there are any more manned lighthouses these days, so they no longer keep supplies of food in them either.
