this really nice guy is cute, but not popular. thats why i like him. well, devlin is so great that I think he is out of my leage. I wish I knew how to get him to ask me out. right now we are on good terms. we joke around and stuff. i would ask him out, but i'm afraid he will say no and we won't be friends any more. you can see i'm mixed up, so please help!?!

you can lead him on....but dont just throw yourself at him, guys like a challenge. Flirting is a good thing, or if he asks you to hang out with him then he likes you.

ok, noone is out of your legue, its just your lacking in confidence, even realy good looking people have trouble adn think ugly people are outta there legue when there odviously not.
if you lafing and joking then that a realy good start, just askhim if he wants to hang out with you(make sure its somewhere only you and him cn go so no others can join in) then when your together do some serious flirting adn when you get a chance, just say do you like me, if he says yes(thing will probbably get a bit orkward) then just go from there you will get closer and closer and finaly kiss, over a few days or so. and thats it.

first of all, i do not beleive that there is such things as "leagues" we are all human and we are all equal. some people may not be compatible but there are no leagues. no one is better than the other person.
that being said, get some self confidence. go into it knowing he will say yes. beleive htat there is no reason he should say no. ask him out. if he says no and he was s true friend, it wont phase your friendship at all.

Tell him that you like him. Grow some balls (pardon the expression) and tell him that you like him, but you don'w want to stop being friends. If he likes you too, he'll say. Works for me.
