Go to a well stocked drugstore. You can get 'temporary filling' kits that will hold a crown in for quite a while until you can see a dentist.

use a little adhesive for dental work - available at the drug store - dental bond or something

until you can get to the dentist and get the Dr to cement it back in - and call the Dentist tomorrow
DO NOT DELAY - I waited too long and the teeth besides moved in and my Dr had to order a new crown 'cause the old one would not fit
$$$ouch$$$

Ask your dentist for NoMix temporary cement, made by Centrix. It comes in take-home packets, so you can cement your own crown, and you won't have to make a trip to the dentist's office if it falls off.

you can get some stuff at the drug store but it is only temporaty. You need to see a dentist to be sure it's in right and nothing is stuck under it to rot what is left of your tooth. (you need whats left to hold the crown) without it you'll have a hole, your teeth will shift and then, you lost your pretty smile.

When it is out, bacteria grows under...go to dentists to replace...else you'll need a root canal.

Temporarily, use the filling putty to bond it.

you have to go to a dentist, if you try to glue it urself of something there could be serious consequences including intoxication and maybe loss of the entire tooth.
